See if your Streamer Pro works with iPhone, iPad, or iPod?

The ConnectLine App for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch works with:
• Streamer Pro 1.3 A
• Streamer Pro 1.2 App

You can check if you have one of these streamers by checking the serial number on the bottom of the Streamer Pro. If the second letter in the serial number is an “A”, then it will work with the ConnectLine App for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. If there is not a serial number on the bottom of the streamer, that probably means that the streamer is an earlier version and will not work with iPhone, iPad or iPod.

If your Streamer Pro is an older version, please visit your local hearing care professional who can help you get the latest Streamer Pro model supporting iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.

The ConnectLine App is compatible with iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone SE, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, 9.7-inch iPad Pro, 12.9-inch iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad (4th generation), iPad mini 4, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 2, iPad mini, and iPod touch (5th and 6th generation) and requires Streamer Pro 1.2 App or later. When downloading the ConnectLine App on iPad, search for iPhone apps on the App Store. The ConnectLine App for Android smartphones and tablets requires any Streamer Pro with firmware 1.3 or later.

When installing the ConnectLine App on iPad, please search for the ConnectLine application in iPhone Applications section. You need to update your Apple device to iOS 7 or iOS 8 in order to install the ConnectLine App.

See if your Streamer Pro works with a smartphone or Android tablet?

The ConnectLine App for Android smartphones and tablets works with all versions of Pro Streamer:
• Streamer Pro 1.3A
• Streamer Pro 1.2 App (with updated firmware 1.3)
• Streamer Pro 1.1 (with updated firmware 1.3)
• Streamer Pro 1 (with updated firmware 1.3)

The ConnectLine App for Android smartphones and tabletsworks with Android 4.x. and later versions. The Streamer Pro requires the 1.3 firmware update in order to work with the ConnectLine App for Android devices.

To check your Streamer Pro’s firmware follow these steps:

1. Turn off your streamer
2. Press both the Power and TV button*, hold for one second and then release
3. Check the light indicators on the Streamer Pro

* Please make sure to press the TV button in a way, so that you can see the TV button light.

Example: If the TV and MIC button light turns on, your Streamer Pro has the 1.2 firmware and needs an update in order to work with the ConnectLine App for Android devices. If your Streamer Pro has a firmware older than 1.3 or you are unsure which Streamer Pro you have, please visit your local hearing care professional. Your hearing care professional can update your Streamer Pro to the latest firmware.
